May Food Distribution for Sudanese Refugees

Cross-posting this update from Trauma Rescue Aid or TRAID (source):

Dear Community of Care,

On the second weekend of May, the TRAID team in Uganda had a food distribution (combining March and April donations) for 425 families. 735 Sudanese refugee families had requested assistance, but we could only help 425 families. To be able to provide all 735 families with a 5 kilogram bag of flour, we need to raise an additional $2,200 by the end of May.

If you’re able to contribute again, thank you. If you’re not, know that your past giving has brought Sudanese refugee families some tangible support and the reminder that they are not alone.

In gratitude,
Jennie, for the TRAID team

Rush your donation to Trauma Rescue Aid by Venmo or PayPal before the end of May, or follow our progress and sign up as a monthly donor on GoFundMe.
