Trauma Rescue Aid is a Sudanese-refugee-led, grassroots organization serving the physical and mental health needs of the Sudanese refugee community in Uganda. Below, you can see a report on our activities in 2025.
Last year, nearly 200 people from 6 continents contributed to the Trauma Rescue Aid, forming our global community of care. We offer our thanks to all of these members from the Sudanese refugee community in Uganda.
We continue to fundraise and hope to raise an additional $1,742 by the end of January for February’s food distribution. We welcome your one-time or monthly contribution of whatever you can afford on GoFundMe, PayPal, or Venmo @ TRAID2024.

If you are unable to donate at this time, would you consider telling a friend or two about TRAID?
Thank you for your ongoing care and solidarity with the people of Sudan.
