Since starting this year’s birthday fundraiser, my inbox has been getting notifications of gifts from all over the world! Donations of $27, $30, $54, $100, and $270 have come in from east, west, north, and southern hemispheres! And all of those gifts have added up…
Sooooo… guess what?!
Because of this fundraiser, I get to tell one woman this…
That’s right! Three weeks into my month of birthday fund raising, we have already successfully brought in enough money to send one exploited woman home to Africa!
If you were part of that, take a moment to celebrate!
Go on! Celebrate! Spin in your chair – hop up and do a little dance! Pat yourself on the back. Clap – CHEER! – fist pump the air! Shout to your coworker in the next cubicle, “Guess what? I helped a trafficked woman go home!” (didn’t that feel good? 😉 )
When you’re done celebrating, pick up your phone and call a friend. Explain what just happened, and be sure to mention that if anyone comes to seedswillgrow.com, they can get in on this amazing opportunity to provide direct assistance to a trafficked woman!
If we manage to raise another $1,500, we can send another woman home. Or, if we don’t raise that much, NightLight will use all of the funds raised to provide direct services like rent and food for the women in the mean time.
Hey!
Some of you haven’t given yet. (Yeah, you know who you are.)
No worries! You can still help change a woman’s life! Don’t miss out on this chance!
