Found out yesterday that I can’t go to Nuba Mountains with Malik. Pray for Malik- he’s really bummed.

I made a new friend last night. I think I’ll call him Ralph. A wee mouse living in the latrine! Better the latrine than my house!

I got sunburnt – and I ran into a wall with my face… so I have a nice red and green face for Christmas. Beautiful. Festive. Everyone should do it!

We’re buying a goat, a lamb, and two chickens for Christmas dinner. I’m not going to make friends with them this year… so I don’t have a hard time eating on Christmas day.

My dear friend Eli-Ruama is here visiting until next Tuesday- along with 15 other visitors! The kids are having so much fun playing games and learning Bible stories from the team!

Oh- for those of you who know this drink- the visiting team from Brazil brought me some Guarana for Christmas! 🙂 Big smiles all around, for sure!

The visiting teams have had some great times of ministry, worship, and prayer with the kids- and I’ve been blessed to join in when I can!

We’re building another classroom at Dream Primary School. We’re so blessed that the contractor is pushing the construction forward quickly!

Michele gave me her Nikon D100, so I’m having lots of fun taking photos and learning how to shoot with a manual SLR. 🙂 If the internet speed is ever sufficient, I’ll try to upload some photos… we’ll see…
