Well, the teachers at all of the government schools in Yei began striking on Thursday. I’m glad they aren’t taking up weapons, like the soldiers did. But the kids aren’t learning, so that’s no good.
We’ve got our negative peace (no violence), can we move forward to positive peace (peacebuilding) already?!
